Our 2024 customer survey results are in and, once again, Assent has had a wonderful year full of growth and client centred successes!

Client satisfaction is at the heart of what we do here at Assent, and our fantastic annual client survey results have proven this to be the case once more in 2024.

The team has been hard at work throughout the year in order to provide the top-notch service that Assent has become known for. The results have reflected our success, and shown that our hard work has paid off, giving us the confidence to make 2025 an even better year!

100% Client Satisfaction in 2024

100% of participants were satisfied with the service they received from Assent in 2024, with 93.3% being EXTREMELY SATISFIED.

We come Recommended!

93.4% of participants would recommend our service to others with confidence, with 26.7% of respondents having already done so.

Feedback for the Future at Assent

We have used the client survey as an opportunity to receive some feedback regarding the future of how Assent works.

When asked the preferred method of working on ISO projects in 2025 – remote, on-site, or a mix – the majority of respondents preferred mainly remote (53.3%) or a mix of both remote and on-site (40%).

When asked if an Assent Client Portal would be useful for the regular uploading of reports and meeting dates, the majority of clients stated that it would be a useful tool (73.3%). However, feedback from those who voted against the Portal stated that email is preferred as documents can easily be moved to the client’s own internal planning tools, and many companies use their own portals, so another one from Assent would be deemed unnecessary.
