Kerri Madders
Technical Support Assistant
Kerri is Assent’s technical support assistant, who works behind the scenes to ensure all our systems are running smoothly. Balancing her work and studies, Kerri is a determined and driven methodical worker.
Kerri has a background in business and administration and is also currently studying a BSc (Honours) Computer & IT with a second subject of Psychology at The Open University.
She first joined the team as an Apprentice in September 2021 through The Open University Virtual Apprenticeship Scheme. Once she completed her apprenticeship, Kerri joined the Assent team part-time alongside her studies. Her work at Assent includes providing support with ISO documents, she also works on our Lorators brand, in which she edits and updates courses, and our Resilify brand where she adds templates and documents to our online database for the public to download and use.
In her spare time, Kerri is a drummer in a rock band, she enjoys writing songs and poetry and researching family history.
